• Refund processing takes 5-10 business days

Automatic Renewal

Membership automatically renews unless cancelled 30 days before expiration. You can cancel automatic renewal at any time through your account.

10. Membership Termination

You may terminate your membership at any time by providing written notice. Termination takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Termination by Us

We may terminate your membership in case of:

• Fraudulent activity
• Non-payment of membership fees
• Inappropriate behavior at partner establishments

11. Force Majeure

PrivCard UAE is not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

• Government actions or changes in legislation
• Wars, terrorist acts, or civil unrest
• Pandemics or epidemics
• Technical failures or cyber attacks

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of changes by:
